MoonBots is a bot hosting service for Second Life, and all users are expected to comply with the Second Life Terms of Service and community privacy standards.

Email address, username, and registration details you provide
In-world Second Life avatar/account name and UUID
Account credentials (encrypted and securely stored)

C. Service Data

Bot account UUIDs, chat logs, instant message logs, inventory, and other in-Second Life bot or user data
This data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion

D. Payment Data

Payment and transaction details processed via PayPal
We do not store card details; please refer to PayPal’s privacy policy for payment data handling

E. Support Data

Communications sent through our integrated support system (Chatwoot)

F. Third-Party Services

Interactions routed through Cloudflare for security and performance
Verification via Google reCAPTCHA to prevent spam and abuse

MoonBots operates in accordance with the guidelines established by Second Life and Linden Lab. Users are required to comply with the Second Life Terms of Service and related privacy provisions. We do not share user or bot data collected through MoonBots with Linden Lab unless required to do so in order to comply with Second Life’s policies, applicable laws, or a valid legal process.
