Welcome to MoonBots, a bot hosting service for Second Life, operated by Element Style Co. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MoonBots platform, services, and any associated applications (the “Service”). MoonBots is a trademark of Element Style Co.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
MoonBots provides hosting and management services for virtual bots on the Second Life platform. All features, enhancements, and updates to the Service are governed by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use MoonBots. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that your use of the Service does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.
You agree to comply at all times with the Second Life Terms of Service, Community Standards, and all other applicable Linden Lab rules and policies. Any activity conducted using MoonBots that violates Second Life’s rules is strictly prohibited. Element Style Co. reserves the right to suspend or terminate any accounts found to be in breach of Second Life’s policies or rules.
To access certain features, you may be required to register and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Each account may only be used by the registered individual or entity. Sharing your account or login details with others may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access to the Service.
Element Style Co. reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, without notice or refund, for any violation of these rules or Second Life’s Terms of Service.
Element Style Co. reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice or refund, if you violate these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or any applicable Second Life/Linden Lab rule, or if you engage in prohibited, illegal, or abusive behavior. Terminations resulting from a breach of these Terms or Second Life’s rules are not eligible for any refund or credit.
Some features of MoonBots may require payment. Accepted payment methods include PayPal and in-world Linden Dollar (L$) transactions within Second Life. By subscribing to paid features, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase using one of the accepted payment methods.
All payments are due in advance. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of your access to paid services. Payments are non-refundable, including in cases of account suspension or termination due to violations of these Terms or Second Life’s rules, except where otherwise required by law.
MoonBots and all related content, logos, and trademarks are the property of Element Style Co. or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to use MoonBots’ trademarks without prior written consent.
If you believe that any content available through MoonBots infringes your copyright, please contact us with detailed information. We will promptly investigate and take appropriate action, including removal of the infringing material as required by law.
Element Style Co. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. Element Style Co. shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modifications, suspensions, or discontinuations.
While Element Style Co. strives to provide continuous and reliable access to the MoonBots service, you acknowledge that the Service may be unavailable or interrupted from time to time due to maintenance, updates, system failures, technical issues, or causes beyond our control. Element Style Co. makes no guarantees regarding the availability or uptime of the Service. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance whenever possible.
Element Style Co. shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience resulting from any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Service, regardless of cause. No refunds or credits will be issued for any period of downtime.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties, express or implied. Element Style Co. makes no guarantees regarding the reliability, availability, or accuracy of the Service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Element Style Co. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Element Style Co., its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. By using MoonBots, you agree that any disputes or claims arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the United States.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via the Service or by other means. Your continued use of MoonBots after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
MoonBots may collect and process basic user information necessary for account management and to provide the Service. By using the Service, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your information as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except as required to provide the Service or as mandated by law.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Failure by Element Style Co. to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
MoonBots may integrate or interface with third-party services, including Linden Lab (Second Life) and PayPal. Element Style Co. is not responsible for the actions, terms, or privacy policies of these third-party providers.
